Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations for our e-commerce business. This role is integral to our order execution process, ensuring seamless movement of products from our warehouses to customers, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate has robust experience in U.S. logistics, proficient in coordinating both local and international shipments, and excels in handling B2B and B2C sales channels.

Responsibilities:
• Order Execution: Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of order fulfillment, from processing through warehousing and delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Domestic & International Logistics: Coordinate and execute shipping processes for both domestic and international shipments, handling all required documentation and regulatory compliance.
• E-commerce Expertise: Leverage experience in e-commerce logistics to streamline processes, reduce transit times, and optimize customer satisfaction.
• End-to-End Supply Chain Management:** Manage product flow from the warehouse to the end customer, monitoring performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
• USA Market Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the U.S. market for both local and international logistics, including customs requirements, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery.
• B2B and B2C Coordination: Support both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring tailored logistics approaches for bulk shipments as well as individual orders, adapting processes to meet diverse client needs.
• Communication & Coordination: Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations, displaying excellent communication skills to manage expectations and provide proactive updates.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in logistics coordination with a strong emphasis on U.S.-based and international markets.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce logistics, including experience with shipping platforms, carriers, and last-mile delivery solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced logistics demands.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales logistics, with a track record of managing diverse shipping needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
