The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling proposals, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly targets. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects within the Upwork platform.
• Craft tailored proposals that address client requirements, showcasing our strengths.
• Communicate with prospective clients to clarify project needs and ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain a high success rate in converting bids to active projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project kick-off.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience with Upwork bidding.
• Strong knowledge of MERN Stack and JavaScript for bid projects within these fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work US time zone hours.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a remote work environment.
