Job Description:

The Sales and Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in coordinating with the site sales team to ensure compliance with Head Office standards and facilitating all transactions in accordance with company policies. This position involves managing digital platforms, developing website content, preparing sales reports, and conducting customer surveys to gather insights for strategic improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate with the site sales team to ensure compliance with Head Office standards for all transactions.
  • Manage all digital platforms, including coordination with third parties and branding partners for social media marketing and branding.
  • Develop, improve, and update content on the company website and all digital media platforms.
  • Prepare reports on sales collections, recoveries, occupancy rates, etc.
  • Maintain all marketing and sales databases in digital format, including pictures, videos, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct surveys related to customer profiling, new products, housing trends, lifestyles, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Head of Sales in updating policies, processes, and forms while maintaining and storing data as assigned.
  • Develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies as needed.
  • Update reports on a monthly basis and present findings to the Head of Department (HOD) and/or Finance as required.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets through follow-ups, data collection, and site visits when necessary.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess sales performance.
  • Evaluate pricing strategies and their impact on sales and profitability, recommending adjustments based on market conditions.
  • Examine customer retention rates and develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Optimize geographic distribution for better market coverage.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and tools in sales analytics, exploring opportunities to implement advanced analytics and machine learning in sales forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, BBA, MBA, B.Com, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a sales or marketing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with customer profiling and market research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics tools and techniques.
