Senior Business Developer

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the company by developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, researching new market opportunities, and overseeing growth projects. This role includes making sales projections and forecasting revenue, aligning with projected income goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce software services.
  • Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand their business needs.
  • Present and promote software solutions to prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Understanding of the software development industry or technical products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices in lead management.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Must have IT background.
