Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Upwork Bidder / Freelance Proposal Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms and submitting compelling proposals to win contracts for our services. You will work closely with the team to understand the specific services we offer and align the proposals to meet the needs of potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in proposal writing or freelance business (advantageous).
- Proven experience in writing proposals for Upwork or similar freelance platforms with a successful bid track record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in freelance proposal writing, business development, or sales (preferred).
- Familiarity with web development, design, content writing, or other relevant services offered by the company (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write persuasive, error-free proposals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
