Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Support employee onboarding and orientation
Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and payroll administration
Handle EOBI, Social Security, and other IR matters
Foster a positive workplace environment and handle employee relations
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Requirements:
2 years of experience in Human Resources
