HR Assistant / HR Officer

Job Description:

  • Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced ambulances, mobile healthcare units, and other specialized vehicles. We are looking for an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and payroll administration
  • Handle EOBI, Social Security, and other IR matters
  • Foster a positive workplace environment and handle employee relations

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources
