Job Description:
We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English for our USA-based project. This role involves managing outbound calls, handling bulk telesales calls related to medical insurance, and generating valid leads. You will work under the supervision of the sales manager and project manager to ensure every inquiry is properly managed and converted into sales. Detailed record-keeping of customer inquiries and interactions is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle bulk telesales calls related to medical insurance and generate valid leads.
- Ensure every inquiry is properly managed and worked on in coordination with the sales manager and project manager to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, and other files.
- Monitor and follow up on inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Provide accurate reports on call activities and sales progress.
Experience:
- Experience in telesales or a related field preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in managing outbound calls and bulk telesales calls.
- Ability to generate valid leads related to medical insurance.
- Proficiency in keeping detailed records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, and other files.
- Ability to work under the supervision of sales manager and project manager to convert inquiries into sales.
Salary:
- Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
