Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Telesales Representative to generate new business leads, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients.
- Initiate and handle cold calls to introduce our products/services to potential clients.
- Effectively present product/service offerings to decision-makers within businesses.
- Diligently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Successfully close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, meetings scheduled, and sales closed.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B telesales or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs, present relevant solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Ability to negotiate terms and pricing to maximize sales opportunities.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
