Telesales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Telesales Representative to generate new business leads, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth through outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients.
  • Initiate and handle cold calls to introduce our products/services to potential clients.
  • Effectively present product/service offerings to decision-makers within businesses.
  • Diligently follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Successfully close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, meetings scheduled, and sales closed.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B telesales or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, present relevant solutions, and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and pricing to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
