Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancing.com.
• Bid on projects using effective sales pitching skills.
• Generate leads through bidding processes.
• Take follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement.
• Prepare proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for awarded projects.
• Maintain daily stats reports to track progress and performance.
• Set up meetings with clients and coordinate with the sales team to close sales.
• Work closely with team members to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BSIT), Computer Science (BSCS), or a related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
• IT-related experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and communicate clearly and customer-centrically.
• Strong critical thinking, listening, and problem-solving skills.
