Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Big O Soft LLC you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our clients' products and services. You will work closely with the agency's departments to create engaging content, optimize digital channels, and drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and goals.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Create and curate engaging content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in digital channels and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Stay abreast of changes in search engine algorithms, social media algorithms, and other relevant platforms, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 plus years in a similar role, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
