Job Description:
As a Technical Business Analyst with 1 to 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement analysis sessions to develop comprehensive features and products in an agile environment.
- Create wireframes and prototypes, demonstrating lucid hands-on experience.
- Manage product backlog effectively, prioritizing features based on business value.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to achieve business objectives within specific operational areas or domains.
- Utilize expert communication and persuasion skills to facilitate timely consensus among stakeholders regarding product development.
- Continuously enhance existing processes and solutions within the product domain, focusing on cost-effectiveness, usability, and quality.
- Conceptualize and ideate solutions creatively, applying design thinking principles.
- Apply hands-on software development experience across various web and mobile stacks.
- Work under the Head of Engineering to align with business objectives within assigned operational domains.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or related disciplines.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Business Analysis role, managing end-to-end requirements within the project development lifecycle.
- Deep interest and understanding of products, emphasizing user experience, solution design, and design thinking.
- Hands-on software development experience is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.
