Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, bidding on, and securing projects on freelancing platforms like Upwork.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, bid on, and win projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and project scopes.
- Maintain a high-quality bid success rate through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and align proposals accordingly.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to adapt bidding strategies effectively.
- Generate leads and actively participate in business development activities.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
Requirements:
- Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience in the IT/services-based industry.
- Ability to work in an afternoon shift from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, on-site.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of business development and lead generation using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive freelancing environment.
