Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Agent will be responsible for soliciting sales over the call, chat and email. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of resolving customer query.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails from potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Engage customers by asking questions and understanding their needs to drive repeat sales.
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Gather and document customer information accurately.

Education Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education preferred.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in UK Campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Patient and adept at engaging customers in conversation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM software.
  • Experience with outbound/cold calling and sales/lead generation processes.
