Job Description:
We are looking for a resource with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based Medical Insurance project.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cold callings to potential customers.
- Generate leads through outbound calls.
- Ensure every inquiry is catered properly; work under the supervision of the sales manager and project manager to convert these inquiries into sales.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company guidelines and production capabilities.
Education Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education is a plus.
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Fresher or at least 6 months of international call center experience required.
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM) with Saturday and Sunday off.
