About the job, you may ask the following questions:
· Who would be my manager and supervisor once I am hired?
· How will I receive my training?
· What are the tough and most challenging parts of this position?
· Is it a new position or I am being hired as a replacement for someone?
· How long has the job been open?
· Would you like me to do something different while serving at this company or the job is similar to what the previous employee did?
· What are the future outcomes and goals of this role?
· Has someone performed poorly while serving at your company?
· What do you think is the best and most suitable pay package for my services?
· What types of qualities do you expect me to have?
Last but not the least, let me tell you that no one is perfect in this world. You should try your best to come up with the expectations of the employers and leave the rest to God.
