You must have often heard the words 'comfort zone' from the mouths of people and also heard them emphasize getting out of it.
The question is, what is this comfort zone, and how do we get out of it?
Comfort Zone and Youth
There are many young people who spend their time in this place. Which is called a comfort zone, which kills the talents of the youth and rusts their skills. For example, lying on the sofa at home and watching TV, enjoying a soft bed instead of a morning walk, enjoying mutton curry, chicken biryani, pizza, and cold drinks every second or third day, getting rid of work instead of hard work and effort, wanting a good job, and wishing that there would be no pain, no problem, and no trial throughout life.
No one bothers me; working hard makes me tired. Eating vegetables and salads does not satisfy me, sweating in exercise is tiring yourself out unnecessarily, and working for yourself instead of a job seems like a big risk to me. This is such a dangerous trap that a person who gets caught in it falls far behind in his personal and professional life. Staying in the comfort zone for too long is dangerous for you.
Low self esteem
It will rob you of confidence and happiness. It will damage your life. In life, there are opportunities to enhance your skills, improve yourself, and become special, but the "comfort zone" makes you so addicted to pleasure and enjoyment that you cannot leave it. Then there comes a time when it becomes useless, easygoing, and extremely lazy. You do not have the courage to accept the facts and fight them.
His life does not change. The person living in this zone is afraid of doing anything new. New people do not come into his life because three things are needed to build and maintain relationships. Attention, time, and money. Every relationship requires attention; time has to be taken out for it. One has to participate in weddings and funerals and also spend money when necessary. But the young person imprisoned in the "comfort zone" cannot do all this because he has become accustomed to living a comfortable life.
Health Affects
This zone is also affecting the health of the young generation. Spending hours sitting on the couch in front of the TV with a packet of popcorn in one hand, not walking, eating, and sleeping, living on fried things, and many other habits like this results in their health deteriorating. It also weakens the willpower. There is no courage to do something new; therefore, it destroys the building of courage.
The first step to get out of it is to try to learn something. If you have the courage to get out of it, then get up and come out of its prison. When you are free from its prison, you will also be ready for challenges. The first step to get out of it is to try to learn something new. You cannot become the richest person sitting still; for that you will have to gather your courage; you will have to put in all your effort.

Fighting the Comfort
You will have to increase your knowledge. You will have to make new plans. You will have to awaken your creativity. You will have to use modern technology in constructive work. In this way, by facing different situations, you will have the ability to solve problems. No matter how many difficulties you face, no matter how much criticism you are faced with, you should consider them as a part of life and try to find solutions to them. Also develop new skills within yourself, which will open new paths.
Don't let your life become stagnant; bring new enthusiasm and new excitement into it. The desire for success should be stronger and higher than the fear of failure. It is not difficult; it can be possible with a little focus and consistency. Instead of focusing on obstacles, confusion, problems, and failures, you need to focus on achieving your goals. This journey of learning will bring you to a wonderful circle called the 'Growth Zone.'.
Growth Opportunities
Growth means growing step by step. All the progress that has been made in the world is due to this region. The purpose of life gives you the motivation to move forward. It keeps you on track. Sometimes you lose your direction; it brings you back on track. Sometimes your feet falter; it gives you courage again.
Rise up, and count yourself among the lucky two percent of people in the world who break the bars of the "comfort zone." Push yourself into the "growth zone" because that is the secret to success. And if not, then remember this wise man's saying: "If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.
