Gilgit-Baltistan students enrolled in Punjab's educational institutions are now eligible to apply for Honhaar Scholarship program. It has been approved by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

Gilgit-Baltistan government spokesperson Faizullah Firaaq thanked Punjab for the initiative and commended its efforts to advance education. He referred to it as an important step in enhancing the two regions' educational connections.

Faizullah Firaaq further said in a statement that the Punjab government's knowledge-friendly policy was appreciated.

According to him, the Gilgit-Baltistan administration is appreciative of this kind act, which would help local pupils.

The Honhaar Scholarship program will now also be available to students enrolled in Punjab professional educational institutions as part of the expansion.

We have established a dedicated Honhaar Scholarship Help Desk to assist students, providing advice and addressing grievances from 9 AM to 5 PM.

While the government is responsible for paying their fees, talented students should only concentrate on their studies, according to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif. I aim to make every resource available to students.
