The 11-year-old Hasnain, who just finished sixth grade, designed the AI assistant as a summer project for a free robotics training session he attended in his hometown of Karachi.
This month, Hasnain told, "This is an AI assistant robot, and its name is Muhammad Ali." "You feel like you are talking to a person because this AI has a face and a personality."
It includes a few more functions, like home automation, which lets you tell it to open [search] anything or operate household appliances. Aside from that, it serves as my assistant, which is useful when I'm working on other projects.
Fascination With Science
The tweener has always been fascinated by science and technology, even as a small child. He constructed a Bluetooth-enabled vehicle in 2022 as a summer project, and in 2023 he made a virtual reality game.
Now that Muhammad Ali has been created by Hasnain, he claims that his "personality and face" set him apart from other AI chatbots.
The child claimed that popular AI chatbots like GPT, Gemini, and Claude are lacking "something."
The lack of personality in today's AI makes it seem like there's a robot trapped in your smartphone that can text you. Some also include a voice feature. This one has a face and a personality.

The robot's main goal, according to Hasnain, was to be "kind and helpful." It is a Pakistani Muslim.
Hasnain asserted that he knew about that also, back when it was still in the development stage and only the eyes were created.
Syed Faraz Haider, Hasnain's father, claimed that his son had always exhibited a penchant for pursuits that were "unusual" for someone his age.
Haider told the news that "he was extraordinary in terms of his learning capabilities since he was very young."
"He had an extremely keen memory. He said, "Once you teach him something, [he will not forget it]," explaining how Hasnain could read complete chapters and jot them down from memory.
Shakeel Abbas, the director of the institute where Hasnain enrolled in the robotics program, claimed that although he had assisted him in obtaining the robot's parts, he was solely responsible for the rest.
"Hasnain has done the entire idea and coding," Abbas stated. "At first, we gave the courses' instructions and training. He is presently independent.
Future Plans
Hasnain stated that he intends to work in robotics and game creation in the future. He also wants to give his robot a whole body instead of simply a head already covered in cables. For the next year, he also has a virtual reality project planned.
Hasnain remarked, "I would want to add a camera to it [Ali] so he knows who he is talking to." Or construct his whole body; that will be a fantastic undertaking.
