Wednesday marked the end of the international conference at COMSTECH with the title "Education System Strengthening Challenges and Opportunities: A 20-Year Retrospective."
A well-known US-Pakistani social and human development organization, Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), was the conference organizer.
Inaugurating the meeting was Prof. Ahsan Iqbal, Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives.
He said that any nation's diaspora is essential to its prosperity and advancement.
He continued, "It is encouraging to see the Pakistani diaspora, Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), host such a worthwhile event centered around education.
We live in a technological and artificial intelligence era, he claimed. Developing teachers' digital education abilities and preparing them for future problems are critical components of a quality educational system.
The Pakistani government is building a facility that will provide teacher training across the nation in order to address this problem.
We should also constantly have objectives in mind and a clear vision for the future.
Experts talked about the concerning data that over 26.2 million children in Pakistan—of which 53% are girls—are not attending school during the conference. Over sixty percent of kids between the ages of three and five do not have access to preschool education.
