On Tuesday, Education Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui opened the IBCC Customer Care Desk (CCD) Portal to help people verify their certificates.

Through an online approach, the portal seeks to give students simpler access to credential verification and associated services.

Speaking at the event, IBCC Executive Director Ghulam Ali Mallah announced that students can now use the Customer Care Desk to check their academic credentials online and use QR codes to follow their progress.

Through the 24/7 desk, students nationwide would be able to file concerns or obtain services, he continued. Mallah stated, "IBCC's Customer Care Desk is open to parents and students worldwide, and all emails will receive a response within 24 hours."

He said that after six months of beta testing, the portal is now completely available to the public.

Speaking at the inauguration, Siddiqui stated that although the 18th Amendment grants provinces authority over education, the IBCC was set up to facilitate coordination and provide a consistent level of education throughout the nation.

He stated that in order to establish a framework for collaboration, the ministry would shortly meet with provincial representatives. We have reached an important turning point in Pakistan's history today.

According to the minister, students would no longer have to deal with difficulties in having their diplomas validated thanks to technology.

Siddiqui added that after it is finished, the final report on the latest Cambridge exam paper leak will be released to the public. Later, as part of a plantation effort at IBCC, the minister planted a seedling.
