Admissions in BS Programs at Lahore College for Women University

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc, Pre-medical, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Biotechnology Program.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc Pre-medical, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Botany Program

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC)/ A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc Pre-Medical / FSc Pre- Engineering, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Chemistry Program.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC)/ A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc Pre-Medical / FSc Pre- Engineering, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Program.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC)/ A Level / FA/FSc/ I.Com/ Equivalent qualification with at least 50 % marks are eligible to apply for BS Geography Program.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC)/ A Level / Equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks in Elective Mathematics of 200 marks are eligible to apply for BS Mathematics Program.

• Female candidates having FSc, Pre Engineering, FSc Pre Medical, ICS/ Equivalent with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply. Students having Pre-Medical background shall study one (01) non-credit deficiency course of Mathematics which will not be reflected in the Academic Transcript of the student.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc Pre-Medical, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Zoology Program.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc Pre-Medical, with at least 50% marks are eligible.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc Pre-Medical, with at least 50% marks are eligible.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc Pre-Medical, with at least 50% marks are eligible.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification to FSc Pre-Medical, with at least 50% marks are eligible.

• Female candidates having FSc (Pre Engineering)/ A Level (Pre Engineering)/ Intermediate with Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science with at least 60% marks are eligible to apply for B-Architecture Program.
• Aptitude test (English, Mathematics, Drawing and Creative skills) is mandatory for the students to pass the test with 50% marks. Equivalence certificate from IBCC must be attached.

• Female candidates having FSc (Pre-Engineering) /ICS/General Science (Statistics, Math and Economics) with at least of 50% marks are eligible to BS City & Regional Planning Program.

• Female candidates having 50% marks in Intermediate (HSSC) examination with Mathematics or equivalent qualification with Mathematics are eligible to apply for BS Computer Science Program.
• Equivalence certificate from IBCC must be attached.

• Female candidates having FSc (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical) or FA with Mathematic, Biology, Statistics, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Disaster Management Program.

• Female candidates having HSC/ HSSC Pre-Engineering Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, Securing at least 60% marks (Checked for 1^st Year & after the declaration of final result of HSSC 2024)
• A combination of Physics, Mathematics and Computer science (ICS) with at least 60% marks (Checked for 1^st Year & after the declaration of final result of HSSC 2024)
• DAE (Electronics /Electrical)/B.Sc. (Math, Physics and Chemistry) with at least 60 % marks are eligible to apply.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC Examination)/ A level with Mathematics or equivalent qualification with Mathematics at least 50% marks are eligible to apply in BS Software Engineering Program.
• The students who have not studied Mathematics at intermediate level may be allowed provisional admission, However such student shall have to pass deficiency courses of Mathematics (0 Credits) in first two semester OR provide additional mathematics result from relevant examination board within first semester.

• Female candidates having F.A (Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Computer Science) / FSc (Pre-Medical & Pre-Engineering) / ICS / I.Com / A-Level and equivalent, students securing at least 50% marks at Intermediate Level are eligible to apply for B.Com Program.

• Female candidates having F.A (Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Computer Science) / FSc. (Pre-Medical & Pre-Engineering) / ICS / I.Com / A-Level and equivalent, students securing at least 50% marks at Intermediate Level are eligible to apply for BBA Program.

• Female candidates having F.A (Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Computer Science / Political Science / International Relations / Psychology / Sociology / Home Economics) / FSc (Pre-Medical & Pre-Engineering) / ICS / I.Com / A-Level and equivalent securing at least 50% marks at Intermediate Level are eligible to apply for BPA Program.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification, in any discipline, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Islamic Studies Program.
• There is no condition to students to study Islamic studies Elective at Intermediate level. It is mandatory for the student to qualify the Interview conducted by the Department.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / Equivalent qualification, in any discipline, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Arabic Program.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / FA With English Literature as an elective subject with at least 50% marks or FSc (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical), General Science, Computer Science and I.Com)/ DAE/ Equivalent Qualification with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS English (Language & Literature) program.
• Note: All candidates( Open Merit as well as Reserved Seats)are eligible for admission to BS English (Language & Literature) will have to pass a written test and interview, set and conducted, by the Department of English

• Female candidates having FSc Pre Medical (HSSC)/FA/A Level equivalent qualification with Psychology (60 % marks in the subject of Psychology) with at least 50% marks in Intermediate are eligible to apply in BS Applied Psychology.
• 25% Seats are reserved for Pre-Medical students only.

• Candidate who have studied FSc- Pre Medical, I.Com or Mathematics of 200 marks at Intermediate level ( HSSC) / A-Level/ Equivalent qualification with at least 50 % marks in Intermediate level are eligible to apply BS Statistics Program.
• Candidates who did not study Mathematics of 200 marks at intermediate/ equivalent level shall have to qualify a test in Mathematics at the time of admissions.

• Only A-Level Female Candidates can Apply In BS Mass communication Program with at least 50 % marks are eligible to apply.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) / A Level / equivalent qualification, in any discipline, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Gender & Development Studies Program.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) /A Level / equivalent qualification, in any discipline, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for BS Sociology Program.

BFA Visual Arts

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) with or without Fine Arts /A Level / equivalent qualification with at least 2^nd division are eligible to apply for BFA Program.
• It is mandatory for the student to qualify the Test & Interview conducted by the Department.
• Drawing Test will be common for all applicants of BFA (Interior Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design and Visual Arts Programs)
• Candidates must bring their art material for the drawing test.

• Female candidates having Intermediate (HSSC) with or without Fine Arts /A Level / equivalent qualification with at least 2^nd division are eligible to apply for BFA Program.
• It is mandatory for the student to qualify the Test and Interview conducted by the Department.
• Drawing Test will be common for all applicants of BFA (Interior Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design and Visual Arts Programs)
