Intermediate Programs Eligibility:

FSc Pre-Medical	The students who have cleared Matric examination in all subjects are eligible to take admission in this program.
FSc Pre-Engineering	The students who have cleared Matric examination in all subjects are eligible to take admission in this program.
Intermediate in Computer Science	The students who have cleared Matric examination in all subjects are eligible to take admission in this program.
Intermediate in Fine Arts	The students who have cleared Matric examination in all subjects are eligible to take admission in this program.

Associate Degree Program Eligibility:

ADP Arts(BA)

The students who have passed F.A./F.Sc./I.Com/ICS examination in all subjects are eligible to get enrolled in this program. According to University Admission Policy, at least 2nd division is required for admission in ADP.

• Deposit Processing Fee (Rupees. 25) at any branch of The Bank of Punjab

Important Guidelines/Essential Attested Documents:

• Character Certificate of the last attended institution (03 attested photocopies)
• Matric result/mark sheet (03 attested photocopies)
• Four (04) attested photographs (blue background) of 1.5 size (students name, father's name and address written at the back of photograph)
• CNIC of father/guardian. (03 attested photocopies)
• B-form of student/CNIC. (03 attested photocopies)
• Three envelopes for correspondence
• The students who have passed Matric/F.A./F.Sc./ICS examination from any other Board other than Lahore Board, should attach a Migration Certificate, attendance and exam record of previous Institute
• Only the students passing in all subjects will be allowed admission in F.A./F.Sc./ICS/ADP. According to University Admission Policy, at least 2nd division is required for admission in ADP
• For fee-concession, the orphan candidates and the daughters of Government servants from grade 1 to 4 will be preferred
