How to Register
Application Process:
- Online Admission portal is available on both websites www.achs.edu.pk and www.chich.edu.pk from 07-11-2024
- Admission processing fee is rupees. 1000/- for one degree program.
- Applicant can apply for more than one degree-programs on a single admission form with a payment of additional rupees. 500/- processing fee for each additional degree program.
- In case of applying in more than one degree programs, the preferences should be given carefully. Once the online form is submitted the preferences will not be changed.
- Fill the particulars of Admission form' carefully.
- Do not apply if the eligibility criteria is not fulfilled.
- In case of any mistake or misinformation, the responsibility shall lie on the candidate.
- After filling online form, admission processing fee challan will be generated automatically.
- Get a printout of this challan and deposit in any branch of Bank of Punjab.
- Upload paid copy of challan and submit admission form.
