Program

Eligibility
MPhil Medical Lab Sciences
  • A minimum of 16 years of education, specifically a BS (Hons) or equivalent degree in Medical Lab Sciences or a related field.
  • Additionally, they should have a CGPA of at least 2.5 out of 4.0 (or equivalent percentage under the annual system).

MPhil Islamic and Religious Studies
  • M.A/BS Islamic Studies OR Shahadat al Alamiya with minimum 2nd division from government recognized madaris and tanzeemat ul madaris.
MPhil Microbiology

  • BS in Microbiology, Pharm D, Or 2 year MSc Microbiology or Biotechnology.
MPhil Food and Dairy Microbiology
  • Applicants should hold a relevant 16-year undergraduate degree in microbiology, food science, or a related field, with a minimum of 50% marks or a 2.5 CGPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • A departmental entry test is required, with a passing score of at least 50%.
MS Computer Science
  • Candidates need a 16-year degree in computer science or a related field (such as IT or software engineering) with at least 50% marks or a 2.5 CGPA.
  • They must also pass the university's GRE-type entry test, achieving at least 50%.
MPhil Mathematics
  • Applicants should have completed a 16-year education in mathematics or a related field, with a minimum of 50% marks or 2.5 CGPA.
  • The entry test score requirement is at least 50%.
MPhil Physics
  • A 16-year degree in physics or a closely related discipline is needed, along with a minimum of 50% marks or a 2.5 CGPA.
  • The entry test pass score is also set at 50%.
MPhil Statistics
  • For admission, applicants must have a relevant 16-year degree in statistics or a related subject with at least 50% marks or a 2.5 CGPA.
  • As with other programs, the entry test score must be 50% or higher.

  • BSc (Hons.) Agriculture, with relevant Specialization.
MSc (Hons) Entomology
  • BSc (Hons.) Agriculture, with relevant Specialization.
MSc (Hons) Horticulture

MS Climate Change
  • Have passed the Bachelor (16 years education or 4 years after FA/F.Sc) examination or an equivalent examination, with at least 50% marks (under annual system) or CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (under semester system) from an HEC recognized institution, in a field of study relevant to the subject a candidate desires to take up.
  • Shall have to qualify the admission test conducted by University of Haripur.
MPhil Wildlife Management

  • B.S (Hons) Forestry and Wildlife Management (4 years), or allied disciplines, MSc Forestry (2 years) / MSc Plant or Animal Sciences / Zoology.
MPhil Environmental Sciences
  • Master or equivalent degree in the relevant field including Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Botany, Environmental Biotechnology, Environmental Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Journalism, Environmental Economics, Environmental Law and Environmental Education
MS Geology
  • Have passed the Bachelor (16 years education or 4 years after FA/F.Sc) examination or an equivalent examination, with at least 50% marks (under annual system) or CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (under semester system) from an HEC recognized institution, in a field of study relevant to the subject a candidate desires to take up.
  • Shall have to qualify the admission test conducted by University of Haripur.
MPhil Education

  • M.A Education/M.Ed/4 years degree in Education.
MPhil Public Policy and Governance
  • Have passed the Bachelor (16 years education or 4 years after FA/F.Sc) examination or an equivalent examination, with at least 50% marks (under annual system) or CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (under semester system) from an HEC recognized institution, in a field of study relevant to the subject a candidate desires to take up.
  • Shall have to qualify the admission test conducted by University of Haripur.
MS Management Sciences
  • Have passed the Bachelor (16 years education or 4 years after FA/F.Sc) examination or an equivalent examination, with at least 50% marks (under annual system) or CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (under semester system) from an HEC recognized institution, in a field of study relevant to the subject a candidate desires to take up.
  • Shall have to qualify the admission test conducted by University of Haripur.
MS Accounting and Finance
  • Have passed the Bachelor (16 years education or 4 years after FA/F.Sc) examination or an equivalent examination, with at least 50% marks (under annual system) or CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (under semester system) from an HEC recognized institution, in a field of study relevant to the subject a candidate desires to take up.

MBA
  • Have passed the Bachelor (16 years education or 4 years after FA/F.Sc) examination or an equivalent examination, with at least 50% marks (under annual system) or CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (under semester system) from an HEC recognized institution, in a field of study relevant to the subject a candidate desires to take up.
  • Shall have to qualify the admission test conducted by University of Haripur.

How to Register

Application Process:

  • Apply online or submit application by hand/by post for Admission or as per prescribed procedure determined by the University.
  • Pay the required processing fee (non-refundable/non-adjustable)
  • Admission application form completed in all respects must be submitted online or in hard as announced by the university.
  • Appear in entry test on given date and time as determined by the university. Under special circumstances university may exempt entry test; in such a case merit will be calculated based on marks obtained in matric (SSC/equivalent) and intermediate (HSSC/equivalent) or as determined by the university uniformly.
  • The candidates selected on merit/quota will be issued Fee Challan and provisional offer letter. d. Student have to submit all the documents in the first week of commencement of semester and if all the documents are not submitted in given time then admission may be cancelled.
  • A candidate may apply for admission for more than one discipline, however, admission will be offered in order of preference.
  • A candidate with other than first preference/option will be placed in the last of merit list for admission in a department even having higher marks than the selected candidates in a degree program with first preference/option.
  • Form(s) are invariably accepted from all candidates, which shall be subsequently scrutinized to sort out the eligible candidates.
  • Students who did not applied within deadline during the admission announcement will not be considered for admission in lateral stage.
  • In service candidates must apply for admission through proper channel along with NOC and leave certificate initially for two semesters (except those University faculty members, who are not sponsored by HEC scholarship program or any other agency which requires leave as a precondition).
