  • B.A./BSc or equivalent with 50% marks.

  • MBA for those having 16 years of business or management related education with a minimum 2.5/4 CGPA or 50% marks in the annual system.
MSc Economics 2 Years
  • BA/BSc/B.Com or equivalent degree with at least 2nd Division (45%). Economics, Statistics, Math subjects will be preferred.
MSc International Relations 2 Years
  • BA/BSc or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45%). IR, political science, sociology, anthropology and other related subjects will be preferred.
MSc Media & Communication 2 Years
  • BA/BSc or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45%). Journalism and Sociology subjects will be preferred.

  • BA/BSc or equivalent with at least 2nd Division (45% Marks)

How to Register

Admission Guidelines:

  • Admission Form can only be submitted online.
  • The Admission fee of Rupees. 1500/- can be paid in any branch of HBL. Bank challan can be generated after submission of the application form at admissions.kiu.edu.pk
  • Before to start online filling, please keep scan photograph and documents and the other information ready.
  • Preferably use Computer or Laptop for filling the form.
  • To submit the form maximum time limit is 10 minutes.
  • Photograph maximum size = 700KB
  • SSC and HSSC maximum size = 1MB each
  • Have to fill all the form either by typing or selection from given choices or check box.
  • After successfully submission of the Admission Form, applicant will get SMS on given mobile number
  • Candidates are advised to keep on checking the KIU website for the eligibility criteria, date of interview, fee deposit other updates regarding admissions at Main Campus.
  • Applications for quota seats (Armed Forces) will be received through proper channel (AGs Branch, WR Dte, General Headquarters, Rawalpindi).
  • KIU offers scholarships on merit and need basis, financial rewards for toppers, fee discounts for siblings, etc.
  • No separate call letters will be issued.
