Eligibility

Pathology Technician (Lab Technology)
  • Basic qualification is Matric with science or equivalent qualification with at least fifty percent (50%) marks of total obtainable marks (specifically Biology as one compulsory subject).
  • 10% weightage will be given to F.Sc premedical or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks of total obtainable marks.

Radiology Technician (X-ray Technician)
  • Basic qualification is Matric with science or equivalent qualification with at least fifty percent (50%) marks of total obtainable marks (specifically Biology as one compulsory subject).
  • 10% weightage will be given to F.Sc premedical or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks of total obtainable marks.

Anesthesia Technician
  • Basic qualification is Matric with science or equivalent qualification with at least fifty percent (50%) marks of total obtainable marks (specifically Biology as one compulsory subject).
  • 10% weightage will be given to F.Sc premedical or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks of total obtainable marks.

Surgical Technician (OT Technician)
  • Basic qualification is Matric with science or equivalent qualification with at least fifty percent (50%) marks of total obtainable marks (specifically Biology as one compulsory subject).
  • 10% weightage will be given to F.Sc premedical or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks of total obtainable marks.

Category B Pharmacy (Assistant Pharmacist)
  • Basic qualification is Matric with science or equivalent qualification with at least fifty percent (50%) marks of total obtainable marks (specifically Biology as one compulsory subject) except Category B Pharmacy.
  • 10% weightage will be given to F.Sc premedical or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks of total obtainable marks.

Health Technician
  • Basic qualification is Matric with science or equivalent qualification with at least fifty percent (50%) marks of total obtainable marks (specifically Biology as one compulsory subject).
  • 10% weightage will be given to F.Sc premedical or equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks of total obtainable marks.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • FSc (Pre-Medical) with 45% marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects) 
  • Matric (Science) with 45 % marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects) 
  • Matric (Arts) with 50% marks, FA with 50% Marks
  • Age Limit: 14-35 year.

Community MidWifery (CMW)
  • Matric (either Art or Science) with 40% marks.
  • Age Limit: 14-40 years 

Lady Health Visitor (LHV)
  • FSc (Pre-Medical) with 45% marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects).
  • Matric (Science) with 45 % marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects) ·        
  • Age Limit: 14-35 years

How to Register

Application Process:

  • Each candidate shall make an application for admission in response to an advertisement by the Institute on a prescribed form along with the documents specified in the form.
  • The admission to the program shall be made on the basis of cumulative merit to be determined from the previous academic record and interview.
  • Selection / merit will be made on the basis of percentage of Matric marks 90% and F.Sc 10% weightage (if applicable).
  • Additional twenty (20) marks will be added to the marks obtained in SSC, for Hafiz Quran (The criteria for Hafiz Quran are Hifz Test as well as a certificate from registered Deeni Madrassa).
  • All the applicants shall ensure the following documents enclosed with application form to be submitted to the concerned institute.
  • Attested photocopies of SSC / FSc (Pre-Medical) certificates along with detailed marks certificates of both examinations.
  • Attested photocopy of Domicile Certificate.
  • Attested photocopy of CNIC or Form-B of the applicant.
  • Attested photocopy of Father/Guardian CNIC.
  • Character certificate from educational institution last attended by the applicant.
  • Three recent passport size photographs with blue background, duly attested.
  • Valid disability certificate (where applicable) Service Certificate (for In-service applicants).
