Intermediate Eligibility:

Program	Eligibility
FSC Pre Medical	Students who appeared in the Matric Annual Examinations 2025 will be provisionally granted admission based on their Class 9 results. However, these admissions will be conditional and will only be considered permanent upon successful completion of the Class 10 final results.
FSC Pre ENGINEERING	Students who appeared in the Matric Annual Examinations 2025 will be provisionally granted admission based on their Class 9 results. However, these admissions will be conditional and will only be considered permanent upon successful completion of the Class 10 final results.
Intermediate in Computer Science	Students who appeared in the Matric Annual Examinations 2025 will be provisionally granted admission based on their Class 9 results. However, these admissions will be conditional and will only be considered permanent upon successful completion of the Class 10 final results.
Intermediate in Commerce	Students who appeared in the Matric Annual Examinations 2025 will be provisionally granted admission based on their Class 9 results. However, these admissions will be conditional and will only be considered permanent upon successful completion of the Class 10 final results.
Fine Arts	Students who appeared in the Matric Annual Examinations 2025 will be provisionally granted admission based on their Class 9 results. However, these admissions will be conditional and will only be considered permanent upon successful completion of the Class 10 final results.

How to Register

Application Process:

• For the online admission form, visit admission.gcwas.com and for the prospectus, visit the university website www.gcwus.edu.pk.
• The online printed admission form, along with the required documents, must be submitted to the Intermediate Department / Intermediate Coordinator by post (courier) or in person by the due date.
• A candidate who is Hafiz-e-Quran will be awarded 20 additional marks.
• The age of the applicant must not exceed 21 years on the last date.
• Candidates coming from boards other than Gujranwala Board must submit the original NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by their respective board.
• For reserved seats, submission of a certificate issued by the relevant authority is mandatory.
• The application processing fee can be deposited at any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP) using the online printed challan form.
• Admission forms must be submitted online.
• To apply in more than one group, a separate admission form must be uploaded for each group.
• A separate processing fee must be submitted for each group applied to.

• Three passport-size photographs (with a blue background)
• CNIC of the father/guardian
• Certificate for Hafiz-e-Quran / applying under quota
