MS Chemistry	Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relevant subject. The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%.
MS Mathematics	Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education with 2.0 CGPA after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relevant subject. The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%.
MS Zoology	Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relevant subject. The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%.
MS Botany	Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relevant subject. The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%.
MS Computer Science	Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relevant subject. The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%.
MS Economics	Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relevant subject. The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%.
MS Management Science	Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relevant subject. The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%.
MBA	Four Years degree in Business Studies or Equivalent with Minimum CGPA 2.50/4.0 The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%. Interview by the competent panel.
MS Islamic Studies	Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education after HSSC/F.A. /F.Sc/Grade 12 or equivalent in relevant subject. The valid GAT -General/ GRE/ HAT-General/ Equivalent tests/ GSCWU departmental test with a passing score of 50%.

How to Register

Application Process:

• Candidate shall register herself on the university website www.gscwu.edu.pk by filling the registration form. Please remember your e-mail ID and Password for future queries/login.
• login using the above given credentials and click on the application
• Enter all the required Personnel information.
• Enter Academic Information according to your admission preference(s) and submit application form(s). You will have to submit separate online application form and application processing fee for each desired program.
• Print online generated Challan Form and deposit it in using HBL Mobile App /HBL Konnect App and HBL Konnect Agent.
• You can apply in different programs as per eligibility criteria through your registered account. However, for each program you must deposit separate application processing fee.
• You can login your registered account using Email address and password to edit / update your application form or to check the status of your application(s).
• BS Candidate must submit a hard copy of following documents in Admission cell up to JUNE 20, 2025. A separate hard copy shall be submitted for each program if the applicant has applied in more than one programs.
• A printed copy of online submitted application
• Original copy of Challan form deposited in any HBL Mobile App /HBL Konnect App and HBL Konnect Agent
• A Copy of academic Certificates/ Degree(s)
• A Copy of CNIC/B-Form
• A Copy of Domicile (for Bahawalpur Quota (District Bahawal Nager, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan) only for undergraduate program)
• For Admission in PhD, the applicant must submit Statement of purpose as an integral part of the application. A statement of purpose shall, at least, include the following:
• Title of the potential research proposal
• Clear articulation of the current understanding of the intended field and ideas for potential research
• Explanation of the intended impact of the proposed research
• The prospective candidates shall demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the area of research.
