Intermediate In Computer Science	Matriculation (SSC) or equivalent. In case SSC Part-II result is not announced by the closing date Hope Certificate (in original) by the Principal showing the fact that the candidate will hopefully get 70% or above marks, must be attached with this Form.

The provisions of the Prospectus must be read carefully before applying for admission.
Application Form, complete in all respects, must be accompanied by the following:-
Three latest passport size photographs of the candidate duly attested by the Headmaster/Principal of the last school attended.
Challan Form Rupees. 3000/- (non-refundable) as Registration Fee.
Undertaking at Serial No. 5 & 6 must be signed by the candidate and countersigned by the parent/guardian
Address Slip (given at the end of the Prospectus as Appendix D must be duly completed).
Application Form must be sent by Registered Post / Courier and addressed to the Principal, Cadet College, Pasrur.
Incomplete Application Form, the Application Forms of those who are overage/underage and Application Forms unaccompanied by any of the documents listed above shall not be entertained and the Registration Fee will NOT be refunded.
Note:- The candidates have to appear for the entrance written test and interview at Cadet College Pasrur.
This Application Form must be accompanied by Challan Form Rupees. 3000/- as Registration Fee (nonrefundable). when it is received then candidate will be registered and Roll No. will be allotted for the Examination Hall.
An attested copy of Candidate's NADRA registration Form B MUST be attached with this form
