Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate Eligibility:

Program	Eligibility
FSC Pre Medical	Admission under the Self-Finance Scheme will be strictly on merit. Only candidates who have obtained more than 60% marks in the 9th-grade exam and have submitted a hope certificate for obtaining more than 60% marks in the 10th-grade exam will be eligible to appear in the test. All candidates are required to attempt the test in English medium. Answer sheets written in Urdu will not be evaluated. Candidates who have passed the 10th-grade exam in 2024 or earlier are not eligible to appear in the test. The candidate's age must not exceed 17 years at the time of admission. Candidates must obtain at least 40% marks in the entry test to qualify.

Entry Test:

• The admission test will be based on the proposed curriculum of classes 9 and 10 from the Balochistan Textbook Board, consisting of objective and semi-objective questions in the following subjects:
• English (25 marks)
• Physics (25 marks)
• Biology/Mathematics (25 marks)
• Chemistry (25 marks)

• Registration and Test Fee: Rupees. 2500, to be deposited in Allied Bank Zhob Account: 0010037615170016 Attach the original deposit slip with the application form.

Required Documents (to be attached with the application form):

• Four recent passport-size photographs
• Attested copy of 9th-grade result 10th-grade Hope Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Local/Domicile Certificate
• Attested copy of father's CNIC
• Complete postal address and contact number must be clearly written.
• Incomplete applications or those not meeting the criteria will not be allowed to appear in the entry test.
