How to Register
Application Process:
- Please visit the given link to submit the online admission form: cms.uob.edu.pk/ugso/admission.html
- Admissions in all disciplines will be granted on merit basis as per existing admission policy.
- Each applicant must clearly specify the category (i.e., A, B, C). The details regarding each category and its breakup is given in the prospectus.
- Each candidate will have to generate online bank challan of Rs.3000/- (Non-refundable) from University of Balochistan website and deposit the admission processing fee through any HBL online branch.
- There are certain steps (as per given guidelines) to be followed carefully while filling the online Admission Form as there will be no change/edit option after submission of online admission form.
- Candidates seeking admission shall submit 02 hard-copies of admission form including 02 sets of all relevant documents in their respective teaching departments/ institutes/ centers up-to May 26, 2025 positively.
- Candidates applying for admission under category B or C must submit their fully completed forms to the office of the Assistant Registrar (Students Affairs) by the specified due date.
- Candidate must enter same CNIC number while generating the online challan and application form.
- Admissions in all disciplines will be granted on merit basis as per existing admission policy.
- Commencement of classes in all programs will be contingent upon the enrollment of at least 25 students in a class.
Documents Required:
- All photocopies of the relevant documents should be attested by gazetted officer of grade-17 and above.
- The details of relevant documents are as follows:
- Four latest Photographs.
- Two attested photocopies of Provisional, Character Certificate(s) and Transcript of Studies of the last qualifying examination.
- Two attested photocopies of Intermediate DMC and Certificate.
- Two attested photocopies of Matric DMC and Certificate.
- Two attested photocopies of the applicant's CNIC and his/her father's/guardian's CNIC.
- Without an applicant's CNIC, no application will be entertained for admission.
- Affidavit available in the prospectus on UGSO website is mandatory to be filled and signed by each applicant and countersigned by the applicant's parent/ guardian.
- Applicants will have to bring their original documents at the time of interview; otherwise, will not be considered for the admission, applied for.
