Archive Studies
  • Only candidates who score a minimum of 50% marks in the GCU-GAT will be considered eligible for admission to MS/MPhil programs.
  • Students awaiting their BS Semester-VIII results are also provisionally permitted to apply. However their final result shall be announced before the commencement of classes.
  • Candidates with a 16-years education {MA/MSc, BA/BSc (Hons)} or an equivalent degree from an HEC recognized institution, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00 (semester system) or 50% marks (annual system), will be eligible for admission to MS/MPhil programs in various disciplines.
Art History
  • Only candidates who score a minimum of 50% marks in the GCU-GAT will be considered eligible for admission to MS/MPhil programs.
  • Students awaiting their BS Semester-VIII results are also provisionally permitted to apply. However their final result shall be announced before the commencement of classes.

How to Register

Application Process:

  • Apply ONLINE for the registration at www.gcuonline.pk and generate the challan form.
  • Processing fee of Rupees. 1500/- to be deposited in any branch of UBL across Pakistan through challan.
  • Payment through UBL Mobile App /Omni is not acceptable.
  • Hard copy/printout of GAT Form is NOT REQUIRED to be submitted to the GC University Lahore.
  • A separate GAT form shall be submitted for each subject.
  • Separate processing fee will be applicable on each form.
  • Last date for registration is 23-05-2025 during banking hours.
  • Roll No. slips and seating plan will be uploaded on the Portal and University's website before the test date.
  • No separate SMS/ email will be sent for intimation.
  • NOTE: The validity of GCU-GAT/I (2025) will be considered only for admissions in the year 2025.
  • GCU-GAT is also required for disability quota application.
