Intermediate In Fine Arts
  • Candidates who have passed their 9th Class in the year 2024 and appeared in the annual exam of the 10th class in the year 2025 are eligible to apply.
  • Students who have already passed their matriculation can apply for admission on the basis 9th class Result. However, they must not be registered or have appeared in the Intermediate Part-I exams at any Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE).
  • Candidates after securing admissions must qualify their 10th class in the 1st Annual Exam of 2025, failing in the 10th class will result in removal from the College rolls and fees will not be refunded.

For O-Level Candidates:

  • Candidates having O-Level / Equivalent qualifications are eligible for provisional admission.
  • Their admission will be confirmed after submission of their complete results and proper Equivalence Certificate(i.e. 8 subjects as per IBCC rules.).
  • The College will register them with BISE Lahore once they fulfill these requirements before the Board Registration deadline.
  • O-Level candidates must have qualified minimum eight subjects including five Compulsory Subjects i.e. (1) English (2) Urdu (3) Pak. Studies (4) Islamiat and (5) Mathematics.

How to Register

Application Process:

  • ONLINE Admission processing fee is Rupees. 1000/-. Intermediate Prospectus is available on LCWU official website www.lcwu.edu.pk  and admission processing fee can be deposited online in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan or Bank of Punjab across Pakistan.
  • Merit lists of eligible candidates for all disciplines will be uploaded on official website.
  • The candidate must bring original and copies of following documents at the time of admission/interview: There is no need to submit Hardcopy of Admission form and paid challan slip before the display of Merit Lists.
  • Hard copy of online admission form generated from LCWU admission portal. 2. Paid challan processing fee original generated from LCWU admission portal.
  • Paid challan annual fee Part-I original generated from LCWU admission portal.
  • One attested photocopy of B. Form / I.D. Card.
  • Two attested photocopies of 9th class result.
  • One attested photocopy of 10th class Roll No. slip.
  • O-Level's candidates must submit their two Result Statement and Equivalence Certificate at the time of admission.
  • One attested photocopy of Character / Provisional Certificate.
  • Six (06) fresh photographs with white background.
  • Monthly Income Certificate of Father / Mother / Guardian.
  • Original N.O.C. with two attested copies (For other Boards, candidates only).
  • O-Level's candidates must submit their two Result Statement and Equivalence Certificate at the time of admission.
  • Last date for Online Admission Forms is 9th May, 2025, 4:00 p.m.
  • 1st Merit lists will be displayed on Monday 19th May, 2025, 4:00 p.m. on LCWU website (www.lcwu.edu.pk).
  • 1st Merit lists of Self Support Program will be displayed with 3rd Merit List of Open Merit List on LCWU website (www.lcwu.edu.pk).
  • The candidate who will not submit the fee on time, their seats will be cancelled.
  • The Candidates are advised to keep visiting LCWU website for latest new and updates about the admission process.

Criteria for Self-Supporting Programs:

  • Admissions in the Self-Supporting Program shall be granted on the basis of merit determined on the basis of 9th class marks. Fee structure for the Self-Support Programs is separate than the Regular Programs, details are available at the LCWU website.
  • A candidate who wishes to apply for Self-Sup- port Programs should indicate in the Online Admission Form.
  • There is no provision of any Reserved Seats in the Self Supporting Programs.

Reserved Seats:

  • Two percent (2%) seats are reserved for the physically challenged students.
  • Two percent (2%) seats are reserved for students applying on sports basis. District and Board level players can apply against these seats.
  • 2% seats are reserved for minorities. They must provide their religious certificate at the time of admission / interview.
  • Fifteen (15) seats are reserved for foreign students (Foreign National / Overseas).
  • Thirty (30) seats are reserved for other provinces i.e. 5 each for Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, KPK and FATA, Sindh and Baluchistan. Students are required to apply through their respective provincial government (Higher Education Department). Only those students will be eligible who have passed their Matriculation from the respective province.
  • Ten percentage (10%) seats are reserved for O-Level students. Their admission will be processed subject to provision of Result Statements and Equivalence Certificate (two copies attested from IBCC Office).
