FSC Pre Medical	9th pass students securing more than 60% marks and 10th pass students securing more than 60% marks can apply. Age Limit : Between 15 to 17 years on 1st July 2025 (waiver of 90 days can be granted on upper and lower age limits). Balochistan Domicile holder will be given one year age waiver in upper age limit. Candidate must be medically fit. Final selection will be based on a written test, intelligence test, interview, and medical examination.

A bank draft or online deposit slip of the prescribed fee must be attached with the admission form.
All bank drafts/online deposit slips should be made in favor of MCSB Cadet Fee, Account No. 7901882903-0516, Habib Bank Limited, PPL Branch Sui.

5x Photographs duly attested from front side by the Principal / Headmaster of school.
1x photograph be pasted in specified space on the front page of admission form and 4x photographs be pasted on written test, Identification, Intelligence test / Interview and medical examination slips.
Attested photocopy of Mark Sheet Class IX / X.
Downloaded admission form will be submitted along with Bank draft/ online deposit slip worth in favor of MCSB Cadet Fee (Account Number. 0516-7901882903 - HBL Sui).
3x self-address envelops (Legal Size).
Please write Name, Father Name, Mobile No & Complete address on envelops. (In case of Incomplete / wrong address College will be not responsible for loss of mail).

Incomplete application form is liable to be rejected.
Attested Photocopy of Mark Sheet Class IX / X.
Admission form without Registration Fee Slip or Bank Draft in favor of MCSB will be rejected.
Candidate Withdrawn from any Armed Forces / Provisional Govt's Cadet College on Discipline / character ground cannot apply.
Registration Fee is Non Refundable.
Over age / Underage Candidates will not be called for written test.
Martial Status - Un Married
Do not fold admission form. Pack in A4 or legal size envelope then dispatch.
Expected Test Centers are Multan, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, and Sui.
All admission forms must be sent to the Officer In-Charge, Induction Branch, Military College Sui, Balochistan.
