Mechanical Engineering	Master degree (18years education) in engineering with a CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00 or equivalent. AU-GAT(Sub) at least 70% score or NTS-GAT(Sub) at least 60% score or GRE (general) with minimum 300 score (155 in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing).This must be passed before the date of admission in PhD Program. Candidates will appear for an interview for final selection.
Electrical Engineering	Master degree (18years education) in engineering with a CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00 or equivalent. AU-GAT(Sub) at least 70% score or NTS-GAT(Sub) at least 60% score or GRE (general) with minimum 300 score (155 in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing).This must be passed before the date of admission in PhD Program. Physics	MPhil/MS in relevant field with CGPA 3.00/4.00 or equivalent AU-GAT(Sub) at least 70% score or NTS-GAT(Sub) at least 60% score or GRE (general) with minimum 300 score (155 in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing).This must be passed before the date of admission in PhD Program. Cyber Security	18 years MS/MPhil degree in computer science or relevant field with minimum CGPA 3.0 At least 60% score in GRE/NTS GAT (subject) or equivalent Air University Test with at least 70 % score. GRE (general) with minimum 300 score (155 in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing).
Linguistics	MPhil/MS in English or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00 or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission. AU-GAT(Sub) at least 70% score or NTS-GAT(Sub) at least 60% score or GRE (general) with minimum 300 score (155 in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing). This must be passed before the date of admission in PhD Program. Other requirements as stipulated by the Higher Education Commission. Successful completion of the University's admission procedure.
Artificial Intelligence	MS/MPhil degree in the subject of Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science /Information Technology /Mathematics/ Statistics/ Bioinformatics / Biomedical Sciences/Aviation Sciences /Aviation Management, or Engineering (Computer/ Software/ Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Mechatronics/Biomedical/Avionics/Aerospace/Naval Architecture) earned from the HEC recognized university/institute, after completing 18 year of education, meeting 30 Credit Hours with a CGPA of at least 3.00 (on the scale of 4.00), or first division in the annual system. AU-GAT(Sub) at least 70% score or NTS-GAT(Sub) at least 60% score or GRE (general) with minimum 300 score (155 in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing). This must be passed before the date of admission in PhD Program. Candidates will appear in the interview for final selection

Strategic Studies	MS/ MPhil preferably in Security Studies, International Relations (IR), Peace and Conflict Studies, Strategic Studies (SS), Defense and Strategic Studies (DSS), Defense and Diplomatic Studies (DDS), Political Science, Pakistan Studies, or a relevant degree from a foreign military/ civilian institution with HEC equivalence, are eligible to apply. Minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00 or equivalent Statement of Purpose (Approx. 2000 words) / Research Proposal (Approx. 3000 words). All applicants shall be required to take one of the following non subject specific admissions test: The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General test administered by the Education Testing Service with a minimum score of 300, A GAT (Subject) with a minimum score of 60. Or Air University General Graduate Admission Test with a minimum score of 70%. Assessment of candidates by the Air University Admission Committee.

• Print Challan and Pay in Bank
• Re-login and update challan payment Info.
• Application form completely submitted.
• Now wait for admit card. Candidates who have submitted valid Pre-Qualified test results would be exempted from test.
• Online admission charges are payable at any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. and Bank AL Habib Limited.
• The System generated Challan Form can be printed from Applicant's Account after registration.
• After submission of processing fee in the bank, you must re-login to Air University Online Admission System and update your Challan information.

Documents Required:

• Attested copy of SSC Certificate/ Marks Sheet or its equivalent.
• Attested copy of HSSC Certificate/ Marks Sheet or its equivalent.
• Attested copy of Marks Sheet of Bachelor's degree program.
• Attested copy of Marks Sheet of Master's degree program, if applicable.
• Equivalence Certificate from HEC in case of foreign degree.
• Three fresh passport size photographs with name and admit card number on back.
• GAT Subject Test (at least 60% score cumulative) or GRE Subject Test(at least 60th Percentile) Certificate required.
• Attested copy of NIC.
• Attested copy of domicile certificate.
• Candidates are required to provide a copy of synopsis/research proposal. Admission is subject to the availability of the Supervisor in the field of research and fulfillment of HEC's criteria.
• In case of in-service students, No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Employer is required to be attached with Application form and routed through Proper Channel or they can submit the same at the time of interview, failing which their admission shall be cancelled.
• Every student at the time of admission to this University shall give an undertaking to the effect that he/she is not pursuing degree program in any other institution.
• Please note that submitting incomplete, false, or misleading information is considered sufficient ground for denial of admission and dismissal at any time.
