Diploma Eligibility Criteria:

Program	Eligibility
Bioinformatics	Minimum bachelor's degree (14 years) from a recognized university/ institute in relevant fields of Biological/ Life Sciences with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4. No additional prerequisite will be required.
Applied Psychology	Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university/institute in any discipline with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4. However, candidates having 33% ~44% marks will be eligible for admission after the successful completion of Zero Semester.
English Language Teaching (ELT)	BA/ B.Sc. or equivalent relevant qualification with English as a compulsory/ optional subject with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4 from HEC recognized university/institution.
Linguistics	BA/ B.Sc. or equivalent relevant qualification with English as a compulsory/ optional subject with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4 from HEC recognized university/institution.
Television Production	Bachelor's / Associate degree from a recognized university/ institute in any discipline with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4. However, Candidates having 33% ~44% marks will be eligible for admission after the successful completion of Zero Semester.
Molecular Biology	Bachelor's degree (14 years) from a recognized University/ Institute in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Botany, Forensic Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Genetics, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Wildlife, Fisheries, Zoology or equivalent degree in Biological Sciences with at least 45% marks or CGPA 2.00 out of 4.

Specialization Certificates:

HRM	Candidate must have completed at least 16-year of education in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Candidate can apply for admission in one area of a Specialization Certificate at the time of University admission session (spring/fall semester). Candidate has to qualify at least 12 credit hours required for Specialization Certificate. No course exemption is allowed for Specialization Certificate. Candidate cannot enroll simultaneously in more than one Specialization Certificate. The duration of the program for Specialization Certificate shall not be less than one semester or more than three semesters.
Banking	Candidate must have completed at least 16-year of education in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Candidate can apply for admission in one area of a Specialization Certificate at the time of University admission session (spring/fall semester). Candidate has to qualify at least 12 credit hours required for Specialization Certificate. No course exemption is allowed for Specialization Certificate. Candidate cannot enroll simultaneously in more than one Specialization Certificate. The duration of the program for Specialization Certificate shall not be less than one semester or more than three semesters.

Application Process:

• Application shall be submitted online along with scanned copies of the following information / documents:
• Attested copy of the Applicant's/Partners Computerized National Identity Card Recent passport size photograph of owner/partners
• Detail Curriculum Vitae of Owner/Partners
• Partnership agreement in case of partnership
• Proposed geographical market (catchments area)
• Demographics of the city / area
• Number of intermediate & degree colleges in the area
• Potential of the area in terms of student base
• Anticipated student growth in the next five years at your proposed campus
• Drawing of the proposed building Total & covered area of the proposed premises
• Photographs of the interior and exterior of the building (if constructed)
• Map of the location clearly showing the approach and building location
• Nearest landmarks
• Pay application fee voucher of Rupees. 25,000/- (Non-refundable fee) in designated bank branches or through available payment solutions within the due date.
• Affiliations Letter(s), if any
• Attach comprehensive proposed plan (layout) with dimensions for private virtual campus.
• Upon submission of an online application, the applicant is required to take a print of application, pay prescribed fee voucher, attach all above mentioned documents and send a complete set of hard copy application to the University at the address given in the announcement.
• On receipt of the complete application, along with the prescribed fee, the University shall conduct a survey of the proposed institution/ building.
• The University, after considering the survey report and all other relevant factors, shall decide whether to approve or reject the application.
• If the application is approved, NOC for establishment of campus infrastructure will be issued.
• Applicant will have to apply for verification visit after completing the infrastructure requirement as per time and instructions given in the NOC.
• PVC status and campus code shall be issued upon successful verification of campus infrastructure subject to approval of Committee for Private Virtual Campuses.
• No operations shall be allowed till the Campus Code has been formally issued by the University.
• If the application is not approved for any reason, the applicant may apply fresh application.
• Applications will be treated on a first come first serve basis subject to the most advantageous proposal as per University's requirement
• Applications must be complete in all respects. Incomplete applications will not be considered, and the fee will not be refunded in any case.
