Eligibility |
Master of Science (MSc) in Epidemiology and Biostatistics |
- Candidates who have at least one year of full-time work experience after graduation in a health-related field at the time of application (voluntary work, part-time or unpaid internship is not included) and hold at least one of the following degrees are eligible to apply:
- Sixteen-year undergraduate degree from an accredited/ recognized university in Sciences / Health Sciences including bachelor's degree such as MBBS, BDS, BScN, DVM, B Pharm (or equivalent).
- Candidates with clinical experience, especially young faculty in research track positions in clinical departments are also eligible.
- Residents and fellows who are completing their training program this year are encouraged to apply.

Master of Health policy and Management (MHPM) |
- Candidates who have at least one year of full-time work experience after graduation, in a health-related field or social sector at the time of application (voluntary work, part-time or unpaid internship is not included) and hold at least one of the following degrees, are eligible to apply:
- Sixteen years of schooling or four-year education (124-136 credit hours) after HSSC / FA / FSC / Grade 12 equivalent from an accredited / recognized university in sciences / health sciences / social sciences* / psychology / mathematics / statistics / business management* / including but not limited to a BSc (biology, biological sciences, physics, physical sciences), DPT, MBBS, BDS, BScN, DVM, D Pharm, B Pharm (or equivalent).
- Social Sciences: Economics / political science / public administration / psychology including clinical, industrial, developmental psychology / sociology / social work / rural development studies / demography and population studies / behavioral sciences / women & gender studies / journalism / mass communication / media studies / rural or urban studies / women studies.
- Business Management: Business administration studies / organization science / operations research & supply chain / marketing / administrative sciences / management information systems.

Master of Health Professions Education (MHPE) |
- The MHPE program is open to health professionals holding a minimum of four-year undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline. For international candidates, this should be an MD degree with or without specialty or residency and board certification (or equivalent).
- At least one year of full-time certified teaching experience in an educational institution is required. (Residency / postgraduate training will be considered equivalent to teaching experience)
- Please Note: The candidate must be attached with an academic institution with a teaching responsibility at the time of submission of application. This will be assessed by the senior faculty upon shortlisting.

Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences |
- Candidates must have at least 16 years of undergraduate education / 4 years of education (124 credit hours) after HSSC or equivalent in Health Sciences with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 60% equivalent in percentage.

Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) |
- Candidates who have at least one year of full-time work experience after graduation in a health-related field, at the time of application (voluntary work, part-time or unpaid internship is not included), and hold at least one of the following degrees are eligible to apply:
- Sixteen-year undergraduate degree from an accredited / recognized university in Sciences / Health Sciences including bachelor's degree such as BSPH, MBBS, BDS, BScN, DVM, D Pharm, BS Human Nutrition and Dietetics, BSc Paramedics, BS in physiotherapy / DPT, BS in Medical Laboratory Technology, BS in Dental Hygiene, BS in Occupational Therapy, BS in Optometry, BS in Audiology, BS in Biotechnology, BS in Biosciences (or equivalent).

Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Education |
- Minimum 16-years of qualification in Education or any discipline.
- Minimum two years of working experience is required.
- Candidates applying with a degree in areas other than Education, and without a 1.5-year B Ed degree, shall be required to complete deficiency courses of minimum 18 credit hours at the University before the commencement of MPhil in Education program.
- NOTE: The applicants are required to submit HEC attested educational documents and/or 16 years of equivalence, if applicable for their academic credentials from Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Master of Bioethics (MBE) |
- Candidates who hold at least one of the following degrees are eligible to apply:
- Sixteen years of schooling or 4-year education (124-136 credit hours) after HSSC / FA / FSC /Grade 12 equivalent from an accredited / recognized university in sciences / health sciences / social sciences* / psychology / mathematics / statistics / business management* / including but not limited to a BSc (biology, biological sciences, physics, physical sciences), LLB, DPT, MBBS, BDS, BScN, DVM, D Pharm, B Pharm (or equivalent).
- Work experience is not required.
- Social Sciences: Economics / political science / public administration / psychology including clinical, industrial, developmental psychology / sociology / social work / rural development studies / demography and population studies / behavioral sciences / women and gender studies / journalism / mass communication / media studies / rural or urban studies / women studies.
- Business Management: Business administration studies / organization science / operations research and supply chain / marketing / administrative sciences / management information systems.

Master of Science in Healthcare Management (MSHM) |
- Sixteen years of education or four-years education (130 credit hours) after HSSC / FA / FSC / Grade 12 equivalent from an accredited / recognized university in Sciences / Health Sciences including but not limited to:
- BSc (Biology, Biological Sciences, Physics, Physical Sciences)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), MBBS, BDS, BScN, DVM, D Pharm, B Pharm (or equivalent)
- Master of Business Administration, Marketing, Financing, System Management
- Preferably one year of full-time work experience in a health institution.
- Fresh medical graduates with one year house job may also apply.
- Part-time, informal, and voluntary work will not be considered.
