Program	Eligibility
Computer Science	Merit for admission in Bridging Semester (Internal entry in BS 5th Semester) will be established on the basis of relevant academic record of BA/BSc/B.com or Equivalent degree (14 years) of education.
English	Merit for admission in Bridging Semester (Internal entry in BS 5th Semester) will be established on the basis of relevant academic record of BA/BSc/B.com or Equivalent degree (14 years) of education.
Education	Merit for admission in Bridging Semester (Internal entry in BS 5th Semester) will be established on the basis of relevant academic record of BA/BSc/B.com or Equivalent degree (14 years) of education.
Islamiyat	Merit for admission in Bridging Semester (Internal entry in BS 5th Semester) will be established on the basis of relevant academic record of BA/BSc/B.com or Equivalent degree (14 years) of education.
Doctor of Pharmacy	Candidates who have passed intermediate Pre-Medical with 60% during the year 2023 and 2024 are eligible to apply.

How to Register

Application Process:

• Each candidate will have to deposit bank challan of Rupees. 1000/- (Non Refundable) in the Fee collection account of NBP/HBL SBKWU Branch.
• Applicants who are interested to apply for admission in more than one department will submit separate fee for each additional department.
• Candidates will submit the admission form in hard copy (02 sets of all relevant documents attached) to Student Affairs Department/Sub- campuses.

• Candidates applying for Pharm-D will have to pay 1500/- additional fee for NTS (non refundable) Admission form Fee 1000/- Candidates who previously applied for admission but did not secure the required NTS Marks can re-apply buy submitting only the NTS fee of 1500/-.

Documents Required:

• Four latest passport size photographs. Two attested photocopies of Provisional Certificates Transcript of studies.
• Two attested photocopies of Local/Domicile Certificate of applicants /Guardians.
• Two attested copies of CNIC /Computerized NADRA B- Form of the applicants and their father/guardians CNIC.
• Two attested photocopies of Character Certificate from Head of Institution. Affidavit is mandatory to be filled and signed by each applicant. (Candidate/Guardian).

Criteria:

• Admission in all the departments shall be given as per University Policy.
• Test/Interviews of the eligible candidates will be held in all concerned Departments/Sub-campuses as per Schedule.
• Applicants will have to qualify the entry test with at least 50% marks for the admission.
• After qualifying candidate who submit fee within due date will be allowed to attend classes, else the admission will be cancelled.
