How to Register
Application Process:
- The Application Form and Prospectus offering detailed information is available on the SIPMR Website: www.sipmr.edu.pk/
- Application Form and required documents must be submitted ONLINE and through surface mail addressed to Admission Cell, Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Chand Bibi Road, Karachi, along with Copy of Pay Order/Direct Deposit in Bank Account (Required Original Cash Deposit Slip) of Rupees. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable) in favor of (Fees Collection SIPMR) National Bank of Pakistan, Account No. 00854171109103, Income Tax Building Branch, Karachi.
- Note: Only Sindh Domiciles are eligible (for BSPO if seats remain vacant, all Pakistan Open Merit).
- Deposit application fee in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan through bank.

- TITLE OF ACCOUNT: Fees Collection SIPMR
- APPLICATION FEE: 2000 Rupees (NON-REFUNDABLE)
- Before applying online make sure you have computer with printer and good internet connection, scanned copy of all required attested documents, scanned copy of above paid bank deposit slip/pay order.
- Apply through online application form and submit https://admissions.sipmr.edu.pk/
- After submitting online application, immediately download submitted application form and print downloaded application form.
- If you already submitted online application and forgot to download pdf file, you can download it again.
- Send following documents (hard copy) to SIMPR through courier before last date of application.
- All required attested documents (as mentioned in online application form) original paid bank deposit slip/pay order print of submitted online application SIMPR postal address: admission cell, Sindh institute of physical medicine and rehabilitation, opposite SIUT, near mujahid masjid, chand bibi road south Karachi, Sindh.
- SIMPR will review your submitted application (sent via online and courier)
- Eligible candidates can download their admit cards online.
