  • Candidates possessing the relevant BS/MA/MSc degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education) with at least CGPA of 2.5 (out of 4 in semester system) or 2" Division (in annual system) from a HEC recognized University, shall be eligible for admission.
  • The candidates should have to pass (50%) HAT/NTS/ETC/ETS or University own test, in accordance with HEC guidelines/requirements (where applicable as eligibility requirements).
Home Economics (for females)
  • Candidates possessing the relevant BS/MA/MSc degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education) with at least CGPA of 2.5 (out of 4 in semester system) or 2" Division (in annual system) from a HEC recognized University, shall be eligible for admission.
  • The candidates should have to pass (50%) HAT/NTS/ETC/ETS or University own test, in accordance with HEC guidelines/requirements (where applicable as eligibility requirements).
Arabic
  • Candidates possessing the relevant BS/MA/MSc degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education) with at least CGPA of 2.5 (out of 4 in semester system) or 2" Division (in annual system) from a HEC recognized University, shall be eligible for admission.

  • Deposit Admission Processing Fee of Rs.2,600/- through Kuick Pay Online Payment (instructions are given in the portal)

Documents required for Interview:

  • The selected candidates in the merit list (called for interview) must produce the following documents/requirements at the time of their interview:
  • Relevant Degree and Transcript/DMC (Original) along with a Photocopy
  • CNIC Copy
  • Valid GRE/HAT General/NTS/ETC/ETS scorecard with a photocopy, (For students who qualified it)
  • Service Certificate (for University Employees only).

Important Instructions:

  • A candidate having valid score card of HAT/NTS/ETC/ETS is not required to appear in the departmental test to be conducted by the concerned department/institute/center/college.
  • The concerned department/institute/center/college will inform the eligible candidates for departmental test date and venue.
  • Candidates employed in any Government or Semi-Government Department/Organization must submit No Objection Certificate from the concerned Department/Organization before his/her Provisional Admission.
  • Provision of hostel accommodation is subject to availability of seats and shall not be claimed as a matter of right.
  • If found ineligible in scrutiny, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the Interview even he/she has qualified the HAT/NTS/ETC/ETS or Departmental Test. Further, if the candidate appeared in the interview and later found to be ineligible for any reason, his/her admission will be cancelled at any stage.
  • In case of ambiguity about eligibility/program, the opinion of the Graduate Studies Committee of the concerned department will be considered final.
  • University of Peshawar and Higher Education Commission rules and regulations shall be applied to the admitted scholars.
  • All admissions are provisional, subject to the verification of required documents and transcripts during the admission interviews, as well as compliance with admission regulations and policies. Any incorrect, false, or hidden information provided by the applicant will result in disqualification.
