PhD Agricultural Engineering	MSC (Hons.) Agricultural/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Food/Energy/Water Resource Engineering with CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00. Must have passed University Entrance Test with 70% marks. The PhD applications must be accompanied by comprehensive project proposals along with consent letter from concerned supervisor with justification of resources. Entrance Test fee of Rupees. 2000/- will be charged from the candidates.
PhD Computer Science	MS/MPhil with first division in the relevant field or CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00. Must have passed University GRE Type Subject Test with 70% marks or equivalent qualification from HEC. The PhD applications must be accompanied by comprehensive project proposals along with consent letter from concerned supervisor with justification of resources.
PhD Biochemistry	MS/MPhil with first division in relevant filed or CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00. Must have passed University GRE Type Subject Test with 70% Marks. The PhD applications must be accompanied by comprehensive research proposals along with consent letter from concerned supervisor with justification of resources.
PhD Management Science	MS/MPhil with first division in the relevant field or CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00. Must have passed University GRE Type Subject Test with 70% marks. The PhD applications must be accompanied by comprehensive project proposals along with consent letter from concerned supervisor with justification of resources.

PhD Plant Breeding and Genetics	MSC (Hons.)/Agriculture with CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00 in the relevant discipline. Must have passed University GRE Type Subject Test with 70% marks. The PhD applications must be accompanied by comprehensive project proposals along with consent letter from concerned supervisor with justification of resources.
PhD Entomology	MSC (Hons.)/Agriculture with CGPA of at least 3.00/4.00 in the relevant discipline. Must have passed University GRE Type Subject Test with 70% marks. The PhD applications must be accompanied by comprehensive project proposals along with consent letter from concerned supervisor with justification of resources.

How to Register

Application Process:

• The Admission Form can be obtained from University website along with Challan Form amounting to Rupees. 1000/- by registering on admission portal.
• The University Entrance Test fee Rs.2000/- for PhD and MSc (Hons.) Agricultural Engineering and BSc Agricultural Engineering Rs.1000/-will be charged excluding Admission form fee i.e. Rs.1000/-.
• The Candidate applying through online admission form must have complete the profile. Then download the admission form along with challan form and submit the fee of Rs.1000/- on account of University Admission Form and Test fee (where applicable) in designated online branches of Bank of Punjab, attach original copy of Challan form (University Copy) having stamp of the bank on it with the required documents and send to admission office of respective Faculty/Institute.
• Applications, complete in all respects, accompanied by the academic credentials, domicile certificate, migration certificate, etc. must be submitted to admission office of respective Faculty/Institute within due date.
• Online applications without original deposited Challan form will not be accepted.
• The applicant applying for admission in PhD program must have consent from concerned supervisor.
• Incomplete/forged applications/documents are liable to be rejected.
• University Entrance Test is compulsory with 70% marks for admission in Ph.D.
• Qualifying University Admission/Entry Test shall be mandatory for MSC (Hons.)/ MS/MPhil with 50% marks; however, merit will be determined on the marks obtained in last degree/certificate.
• Applicants must have obtained all the pre-requisite qualifications from the recognized institutions.
• No separate intimation for admission, entry test, Fee Schedule, etc will be sent.
• Only online Admission Forms and Prospectus facility will be available whereas, hard copy will not be provided/available.
