| Bio Medical Engineering |
- BE / B.Sc. Engineering (Bio-Medical/ Mechanical/ Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace and Mechatronics) with minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.
- NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.
- The candidates who qualify the Entrance Test will only be offered admission as per position in merit list.

| Electrical Engineering |
- B.E/B.Sc Engineering (Avionics/ Computer/ Electrical /Electronics/ Mechatronics /Telecom). Fresh graduates are eligible but some relevant industrial experience will help a student gain more from the program.

- NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-C / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

- Bachelor’s(or Master’s) degree in the subject of Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/Information Technology /Mathematics /Statistics /Bioinformatics/Biomedical Sciences/Aviation Sciences/Aviation Management, or Engineering (Computer/ Software/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom/ Mechatronics /Biomedical/Avionics/Aerospace/Naval Architecture) earned from the HEC recognized university/institute, after completing 16 years of education with the CGPA of at least 2.00(on the scale of 4.00), or first division in the annual system.
- AU-GAT(Gen) at least 60% score OR NTS NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-C / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing.
- This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

- BS(CS), BS(IT), BE(Software), BS(Engineering) or - Equivalent with 4 Years Degree Program (min 130 credit hours) are eligible but they have to cover deficiency during the degree. - BS (Business Administration/Management Sciences), BS (Computer Science), BS (Software Engineering) or equivalent four year degree programs (Min 130 credit hours). 16 years Science (Statistics, Mathematics), BS Engineering (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering) graduates are eligible to apply.
- Credit hours to be studied will be considered on case-to case basis and as per need, a bridging or zero semester may be added. A minimum CGPA of 2.0/4.0 in the semester system or equivalent in annual system is required.
