Gastroenterology	Must possess Level-III FCPS degree as per CPSP subject policy.
Pain Medicine	Must possess Level-III FCPS degree as per CPSP subject policy.

How to Register

PROCEDURE FOR FORM and FEE:

• Application processing fee is Rupees. 2000/- for each specialty.
• Application & academic form can be downloaded from the website, www.skzmdc.edu.pk 
• Candidate can submit the application fee (Rupees. 2000) through Online in favor of Deputy Dean Sheikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore Account No. 3154820902 National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore Branch code 1707.
• Copy of online Intra Bank Transaction must be attached with the application form.
• Forms are also available from the account section of FPGMI, Lahore on payment of Rupees. 2000/-. Bank Draft/Pay Order not accepted.

General Information:

• Selection of candidates will be made strictly on open merit basis.
• Candidates who are Government servants should apply through the proper channel.
• Information given in the application form shall be verified at three (03) stages:
• During the submission and processing of the application.
• At the time of acceptance/joining.
• During the training.
• If information submitted is found wrong, mismatched, or forged, the application will be rejected and the contract will be discontinued with no right of appeal at institutional/government level.

• Copy of publications (if any) in approved journals from PMDC/PubMed Indexed and HEC.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Three passport-size photographs duly attested front and back.
• Those having foreign qualifications are required to submit HEC/PMDC equivalency certificate.
• Candidates who have already completed mandatory training in Surgery / Medicine are eligible to apply for allied specialty training and those who passed IMM will be preferred.
