Eligibility
|
Pharmaceutical Chemistry |
- Candidates must hold M.Phil. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Equivalent.
- The minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) required is ≥3.0 out of 4.0 or ≥4.0 out of 5.0 under the semester system.
- A subject-based Admission Test is mandatory for admission. The test will be conducted by the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at BZU, Multan.
Alternatively, candidates can also submit a valid GAT (Subject-Based) conducted by NTS (National Testing Service) for admission.

Pharmacology |
- The candidates must have completed their MS/M.Phil. in the relevant field as per criteria of HEC.
|
Pharmacy Practice |
- MPhil in Pharmacy Practice or Equivalent.
|
Pharmaceutics |
- MPhil in Pharmaceutics or Equivalent.
|
Pathology |
- MSc(Hons)/ MPhil Pathology/ any other MPhil degree in the domain of Veterinary Sciences or equivalent as determined by the BOS of the Department.
|
Parasitology |
- MPhil Parasitology/ Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/ Medical Sciences/ Zoology/ any other M. Phil degree in the domain of Veterinary Sciences or equivalent as determined by the BOS of the Department.

Pakistan Studies |
- The candidates must have completed their MS/M.Phil. in the relevant field as per criteria of HEC.
|
International Relation |
- Admission shall be held once in a year as per schedule notified by the University. All candidates having the MPhil degree in the relevant subject with at least 3.00/4.00 CGPA under semester system will be eligible to apply for admission.
- The Department of International Relations follows criteria prescribed by the University Admission Committee for both open merit and reserved seats.

Agricultural Engineering |
- He/she should have passed the M.Sc. (Hons.) Agricultural Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 from a recognized University.
- Admission test (Subject-based) conducted by Department of Agricultural Engineering, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan.
- A Ph.D. scholar is required to complete coursework of up to 18 credit hours. All applicants have to fulfill the conditions laid by HEC from time to time.
- The students admitted in the Ph.D. Agricultural Engineering degree program may/can be directed to take deficiency courses accordingly with the consent of the supervisor.

- The candidates must have completed their MS/M.Phil. in the relevant field as per criteria of HEC.

Mathematics |

Human Nutrition & Dietetics |
- An applicant seeking admission to Ph.D. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- He/she should have passed the M.Sc. (Hons.)/M.Phil. in the relevant subject or equivalent qualification
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 from a recognized University.
- International GRE (Subject) or equivalent test passed before admission.
- A Ph.D. Scholar is required to complete course work of up to 18 credit hours and must qualify. All applicants have to fulfill the conditions laid by HEC from time to time.

- The candidates must have completed their MS/M.Phil. in the relevant field as per criteria of HEC.

Horticulture |
- An applicant seeking admission to Ph.D. in Horticulture must fulfill the following eligibility requirements: a) He/she should have passed the M.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture or equivalent qualification, with minimum CGPA of 3.0 from a recognized university.
- International GRE (Subject) or any other test arranged or conducted by the Department/University passed before the admission.
- A Ph.D. scholar is required to complete Department of Horticulture course work of up to 18 credit hours and must qualify.
- All applicants have to fulfill the conditions laid by the HEC from time to time.
