Bachelor of Physician Associate	HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum 50% marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC. Applicant from all Provinces and Overseas can also apply.
BS Nursing	HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum 50% marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC Age Limit 14 to 35 years.
Doctor of Physical Therapy	HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum 60% marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC
Doctor of Pharmacy	HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum 60% marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC
BS Forensic Science in Forensic Biology (BSFB)	HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum 50% marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC.
BS Radiologic Technology (BSRT)	HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum 50% marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC.
BS Medical Laboratory Technology (BSMLT)	HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum 50% marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC.
BS Molecular Biology and Genetics (BSMBG)	HSSC (Pre-Medical) with a minimum 50% marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC.
BS Biomedical Engineering	HSSC (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering/Pre-Computer Science/Arts/Humanities) Minimum 50% Marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC.
BS Business and Information Technology	HSSC (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering/Pre-Computer Science/Arts/Humanities) Minimum 50% Marks or A Level Equivalent duly certified by IBCC.

Candidate has to upload all required documents along-with paid bank voucher Rs.5000/- (Non-refundable as Entry Test and processing fee) applied for BS Degree Programs and separate Fees of Rs.5000/ for BS Biomedical Engineering, BS Management and Technology Programs in original in scanned format with online application form.
Bank Account Number is available in Challan Form.

The Schedule of Entry Test will be announced on LUMHS website later on.
Admit cards will be available on LUMHS website (venue, date and time will be mentioned on admit card)
