Doctor of Pharmacy
  • The Applicant has passed Intermediate / SSC or FSc (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent Examination with minimum 60% marks.
  • Candidates shall be required to fulfill additional eligibility requirements for various categories of seats as given in the Application Form.
  • All the admissions shall be provided in accordance with the allocation of seats purely on merit basis as reflected in Prospectus 2024-25.
  • The Applicant must have domicile of a tagged district of PUMHSW.
Doctor of Physical Therapy
  • The Applicant has passed Intermediate / SSC or FSc (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent Examination with minimum 60% marks.
  • Candidates shall be required to fulfill additional eligibility requirements for various categories of seats as given in the Application Form.
  • All the admissions shall be provided in accordance with the allocation of seats purely on merit basis as reflected in Prospectus 2024-25.
  • The Applicant must have domicile of a tagged district of PUMHSW.
BS Public Health
  • The Applicant has passed Intermediate / SSC or FSc (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent Examination with minimum 60% marks.

BS Nursing Generic
  • The Applicant has passed Intermediate / SSC or FSc (Pre-Medical) or Equivalent Examination with minimum 50% marks for BS Nursing (Generic) Program.
  • Candidates shall be required to fulfill additional eligibility requirements for various categories of seats as given in the Application Form.
  • All the admissions shall be provided in accordance with the allocation of seats purely on merit basis as reflected in Prospectus 2024-25.
  • The Applicant must have domicile of a tagged district of PUMHSW.

How to Register

Application Process:

  • ONLINE Application Form and Prospectus is available at our official website: www.pumhs.edu.pk.
  • It is MANDATORY for all the applicants to fill the ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS, take print of the same Form and submit to the Admissions Department PUMHSW-SHAHEED BENAZIRABAD by courier service, along with attached photocopies of required documents.
  • Every candidate must deposit Entry Test and Admission processing fee (non-refundable) in A/C No. 1439-79017003-01 Titled "PUMHSW Online Students Receipts Account" Habib Bank Limited (HBL), and have to attach the original paid bank challan with the Application Form and Documents.

Important Instructions:

  • Any candidate found to have submitted forged/fake/fabricated documents or incorrect/false information, their admission will be cancelled.
  • Candidates are advised to enter their correct information/particulars and active Cell No. and E-mail in their applications.
  • Applications which are incomplete in any manner or those received after the due date shall be REJECTED. It shall be the responsibility of the candidate to submit complete application as per the instruction given in the Application Form. ​
