Eligibility

MS Aerospace Engineering
  • BE/ B.Sc. Engineering (Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Mechatronics / Mechanical / Chemical) with minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.
  • The candidates who qualify the Entrance Test will only be offered admission as per position in merit list

MS Avionics Engineering
  • BE / B. Sc. Engineering (Electrical / Electronics/Avionics/ Computer/ Telecom), Minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.

MS Biomedical Engineering
  • BE / B.Sc. Engineering (Bio-Medical/ Mechanical/ Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Aerospace and Mechatronics) with minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.

MS Electrical Engineering
  • B.E/B.Sc Engineering (Avionics/ Computer/ Electrical /Electronics/ Mechatronics /Telecom). Fresh graduates are eligible but some relevant industrial experience will help a student gain more from the program.
  • Minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Information Security
  • BE / B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical / Computer), BE Software Engg, B.Sc. Computer Science, BIT (4 years), Minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.

MS Mechanical Engineering
  • BE / B.Sc. Engineering (Aerospace/ Aeronautical /Mechatronics / Mechanical / Chemical) with minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.

MS Mechatronics Engineering
  • BE/B.Sc. Engineering or similar qualification in a relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are eligible but some relevant industrial experience will help a student gain more from the program.
  • Minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent. Students from other disciplines may be required to take prerequisite courses determined by the Department.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MBA
  • Minimum 16 years of education in any discipline (includes Engineering, MBBS, Computer Sciences, and Arts etc.)
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-2 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.
  • Minimum 2.00/4.00 CGPA or 50% marks in annual system
  • University Admission Test and Interview
  • The candidates who qualify the Entrance Test will only be offered admission as per position in merit list.

MS Business Analytics
  • BS (Business Administration/Management Sciences), BS (Computer Science), BS (Software Engineering) or equivalent four year degree programs (Min 130 credit hours).
  • 16 years Science (Statistics, Mathematics), BS Engineering (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering) graduates are eligible to apply. Credit hours to be studied will be considered on case-to case basis and as per need, a bridging or zero semester may be added. A minimum CGPA of 2.0/4.0 in the semester system or equivalent in annual system is required.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-2 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Management Sciences
  • Minimum 16 years of education in a business related field (MBA/MPA/M.Com /ACMA /ACA/B.Com 4 years program) and BBA Hons. 4 years program (124-136 Cr. Hrs.) with at least 2.00/4.00 CGPA or equivalent in last-earned degree from HEC Recognized University/Institute.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-2 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Project Management

  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-2 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Operations and Supply Chain Management
  • HEC-recognized undergraduate-level degree (minimum 16 years) with (124 - 136 Cr. Hrs.) with at least 2.00/4.00 CGPA or equivalent in Engineering/Technology, Management, Computer Sciences, and Business-related discipline.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-A / HEC HAT Cat-2 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Clinical Psychology
  • Applications should have 16 years of education (either BS or MSc in Psychology).A minimum CGPA of 2.0 in the semester system or 60% marks in Annual system .
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-B / HEC HAT Cat-3 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing.

MS /M.Phil Linguistics and Literature
  • Master in English or Four years Bachelor Degree in English with minimum 45% marks from HEC recognized institute or equivalent.

M.Phil Linguistics
  • Master in English or Four years Bachelor Degree in English with minimum 45% marks from HEC recognized institute or equivalent.

MS International Relations & Security Studies
  • 16 years of education, preferably in (Defense & Strategic Studies, Political Science, Defense & Diplomatic Studies, Peace & Conflict Studies, Government and Public Policy Studies, Security Studies, War Studies, Pakistan Studies, Gender Studies, Energy, Environment, Climate Change Studies, and Area or Regional Studies) with at least 2.00/4.00 CGPA or 50% marks in last-earned degree from HEC Recognized University/Institute 
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-B / HEC HAT Cat-3 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing.
  • This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program. The candidates who qualify the Entrance Test will only be offered admission as per position in merit list.

M.Phil Education
  • B.Ed four years/ BS in Education /B. Ed 1.5 with MA/ B.Ed 2.00 with BA/ M.Ed/ MA Education/ MA EPM with minimum 2.0/4.0 or 45% marks from any HEC recognized University/ Institute.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-B / HEC HAT Cat-4 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.
  • No professional/work experience is required.

MS Artificial Intelligence
  • Bachelor’s (or Master) degree in the subject of Computer Science /Artificial Intelligence / Data Sciences / Information Technologies / Mathematics / Statistics / Bioinformatics / Biomedical Sciences/Aviation Sciences / Aviation Management, or Engineering (Computer/Software/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom/ Mechatronics/ Biomedical/Avionics/Aerospace/Naval Architecture), earned from the HEC recognized university/institute, after completing 16 years of education with a CGPA of at least 2.0(on the scale of 4.00), or first division in the annual system.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-C / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Applied Physics
  • M.Sc Physics / BS Physics / BS Engineering from HEC recognized institute with minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-C / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Computer Networks
  • For Graduates having BS(CS) or Equivalent Degree
  • BS (CS) /BS (Software) 4 Years Degree Program (min 130 credit hours), or
  • Computer Science Conversion Course 2 Years Degree Program referred to as “MCS” or “MSc (CS)” or 16 year Science (Statistics, Mathematics), BS Computing and Engineering (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering) graduates are eligible but they have to cover the deficiency.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-C / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.
  • The candidates who qualify the Entrance Test will only be offered admission as per position in merit list.

MS Cryptology
  • BS degree in Computing discipline or Telecom or Computer Engineering with minim 130 credit hours and with at least 50% marks or 2.00/4.00 CGPA OR
  • BS degree in Mathematics (Min 130 credit hours) with at least 50% marks or 2.00/4.00 CGPA
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-C / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Computer Sciences
  • 16 years education with minimum 130 Credit Hrs in relevant subject (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Technology.)
  • At least 50% marks or 2.00/4.00 CGPA
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-C / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Cyber Security
  • 16 years of education in BS Cyber Security or in any computing discipline with at least 50% marks or 2.00/4.00 CGPA.

  • BS(CS), BS(IT), BE(Software), BS(Engineering)
  • Equivalent with 4 Years Degree Program (min 130 credit hours) are eligible but they have to cover deficiency during the degree.

MS Systems Security
  • Applicant who has done BS in engineering discipline (Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Avionics and Mechatronics Engineering), BS in Computing disciplines (Computer Science, Cyber security, Software engineering) or equivalent degree programs.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-C / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

MS Statistics and Data Analytical Science
  • 16 years of education (with MSc/BS in: Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, Bio/Medical Statistics, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, BE in computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering, Actuarial Science), Minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or equivalent.
  • NTS GAT(Gen) Cat-B / HEC HAT Cat-1 at least 50 score or GRE (general) with minimum of 151 score in Quantitative Reasoning, 145 in Verbal Reasoning, and 3.5/6.0 in analytical writing. This must be passed before the date of admission in MS Program.

How to Register

Application process:

  • Create an account on the application portal and log in
  • Choose the program you wish to apply for.
  • Enter your personal details such as name, contact information, etc.
  • Provide your academic history and qualifications.
  • Print the payment challan, pay the application fee at the bank, and retain the receipt.
  • Log back into the portal and update the payment details.
  • Upload all required documents such as transcripts, ID proof, etc.
  • If you have any pre-qualified test results, provide those details.
  • Read and agree to the terms and conditions, then submit your application form.
  • Your application is complete. Now, wait for your admit card.
  • Candidates with valid pre-qualified test results may be exempt from additional testing.

GAT:

  • GAT General Test (at least 50% score) requires for admission in Master Program.
  • This must be passed before the date of admission in Master Program.
