Job Description 1. Application Administrator

Responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting computer systems and applications used in hospital operations.

2. Network Administrator

Manages and maintains hospital networks ensuring secure and reliable communication systems.

3. Application Operator

Operates and supports various hospital software applications and assists in routine digital operations.

Responsibilities Application Administrator

• Configure and maintain application systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Ensure data integrity and security

Network Administrator

• Monitor and manage network performance
• Implement and maintain network security protocols
• Coordinate network upgrades and maintenance

Application Operator

• Operate and maintain basic hospital software
• Support staff with application-related issues
• Perform data entry and basic troubleshooting

Requirements Application Administrator

• MS/BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in a relevant field

Network Administrator

• BS in IT
• Preference for candidates with CCNA/CCNP certifications

Application Operator

• Intermediate or equivalent (FSC/ICS/I.COM)
• Basic computer certification
