The Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department of South Punjab is hiring for the position of Community Health Workers (CHWs) for various district levels. This is a public health initiative aimed at improving healthcare services in rural areas.

Job Description:

• Community Health Workers (CHWs) will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services and health awareness at the grassroots level.
• They will assist in health education programs, community-based healthcare delivery, and monitoring health outcomes.
• Regular follow-up visits to homes and providing basic healthcare services and information.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with community members and provide health education.
• Support the delivery of primary healthcare services.
• Record and report health data.
• Monitor the health status of individuals and communities.
• Identify health-related needs and coordinate with healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of the respective district where they are applying.
• Minimum education requirement: Matric (10th grade) or equivalent.
• Age limit: 18-35 years.

• Ability to work in rural areas.
