Adopting AI education can transform the nation's economic environment by producing a workforce with the skills necessary to spur innovation and solve long-standing problems with the economy.

Maher Nafees, a senior software developer at Rin Technologies, discussed Pakistan's major issues with WealthPK. These challenges included a high percentage of unemployment, a deficient educational system, and limited access to contemporary technologies.

Roughly 64% of the population is young, and they are often ill-prepared for the demands of the global labor market. Many young people are unable to make meaningful contributions to the economy if they lack the necessary knowledge in AI and related subjects.

He continued, "The government can empower the youth and equip them with skills that are in great demand both domestically and worldwide by tackling these issues through AI education.

Students would learn about machine learning and data analytics through initiatives like coding boot camps and AI-focused seminars, which would enable them to solve problems in their communities, ranging from healthcare to agriculture. This approach would promote graduates' entrepreneurial pursuits in addition to helping them obtain employment.

He believed that AI education would stimulate economic growth by supporting research and development (R&D) at universities and other institutions. Schools can set up innovation hubs where experts and students collaborate on cutting-edge initiatives by forming collaborations with tech businesses and international organizations.

Wajahat Hafeez, head of NayaTel's digital products and solutions, told WealthPK that integrating AI instruction into the curriculum might significantly boost students' capacity for innovation and problem-solving. Educational institutions can foster an innovative environment by integrating hands-on learning, workshops, and real-world projects.

Such collaborations might lead to the development of domestic AI solutions tailored to the nation's unique issues, he said, ultimately improving technology and drawing in outside capital.

Based on his opinion, one of the most crucial methods to promote AI education is to increase the availability of digital materials. Public-private partnerships may be used to offer inexpensive internet connectivity and digital learning environments in remote communities with limited educational resources.
